Our off-road vehicle takes us to Dakhla's Atlantic wave spot in about 25 minutes. The waves are moderate and break cleanly over a sandy bottom. This makes the spot ideal for first wave experiences and at the same time offers exciting conditions for advanced riders. An experienced guide accompanies the group and provides valuable tips and coaching for riding the waves. As the wind on the Atlantic is usually weaker than in the lagoon, we only run the trip if at least 25 knots of wind are measured at our center. The wave conditions are checked in advance. The area consists of deep water and there is no lifeboat accompanying the group. This trip is therefore only suitable for advanced kitesurfers (VDWS level 5-6).
