eFoiling allows you to focus entirely on the foil and that crucial moment of takeoff. This helps you develop a feel for balance, speed, weight transfer, and the lift generated by the foil. This experience will then help you master takeoff more quickly and with greater control when wing foiling. The eFoil session is best held on a day with little wind.

The eFoil session includes:
- A brief eFoil orientation
- eFoil board and safety equipment
- Helmet, impact protection vest, and wetsuit if needed
- About 20 minutes of pure riding time on the eFoil (battery life depends on the rider’s weight and riding technique)
