Wingfoil Beginner Course PLUS eFoil
The Wingfoil Beginner Course PLUS eFoil combines the 5-hour Wingfoil Beginner Course with an additional training session on the eFoil.
The eFoil training is the ideal complement for practicing your first takeoff on the foil—the lift—in a targeted manner, regardless of wind conditions. In the Wingfoil Beginner Course, you’ll learn all the important fundamentals of wingfoiling step by step, both in theory and in practice, using premium equipment from F-ONE.
Course Content:
- Wingfoil Theory: The wing, spot check, wind, equipment, generating forward momentum, steering, coordination with the board, courses
- Equipment knowledge, setup, and handling
- Wingfoil practice
- Flight exercises and riding the first few meters—first on your knees, later standing in displacement mode (initially without the foil)
- Exercises: Riding courses and gaining height
- Depending on learning progress: Technique for taking off with the foil
To ensure maximum learning success, we teach in small groups with a maximum of 4 students per wingfoil instructor. For safety reasons, in the beginner course, 2 students share one set of wingfoil training equipment.

PLUS: Lift-up training on the eFoil
In addition to the Wingfoil beginner course, you’ll receive a training session on the electrically powered eFoil board. This session is ideally held on a day with little wind and allows you to focus entirely on the foil and the crucial moment of takeoff—without having to control the wing at the same time. This helps you develop a specific feel for balance, speed, weight transfer, and the foil’s lift. This experience will then help you master takeoff more quickly and with greater control when wingfoiling.
The eFoil session includes:
- Brief eFoil orientation
- eFoil board and safety equipment
- Helmet, impact-protection vest, and wetsuit if needed
- Training in a small group with a maximum of 3 participants
- Guidance from your wingfoil instructor (in the water/boat)
- 15–20 minutes of pure riding time on the eFoil
- Personalized tips and support for getting airborne
- Brief debriefing of the eFoil session
