Wingfoil Beginner Course
The Wing Foil Beginner Course is the ideal way to learn how to wing foil professionally and safely. In 1–2 days, you’ll learn everything you need to know about wing foiling, step by step, through both theory and practice, using premium equipment from F-ONE.
To ensure maximum learning success, we teach in small groups with a maximum of 4 students per wing foil instructor. For safety reasons, two students share one set of wing foil training equipment in the beginner course. Students who progress more quickly can upgrade to (semi-)private training upon request.
Theory: - The wing, spot check, wind, equipment, generating forward momentum, steering, coordination with the board, courses
- Equipment overview, setup, equipment handling
Practice: - Flight exercises on the beach
- Handling the wing in the water and water starts, initially with a SUP board
- Flying exercises, covering the first few meters—first on your knees, later standing up in planing mode
- Exercises: sailing courses, gaining altitude
- Depending on learning progress: Technique for taking off with the foil
